About our Speakers:
Trish McGinity is Head of Cybersecurity Communications for Empower Retirement. In her role, she delivers high-level security and technology presentations on the Empower cybersecurity program and related technology advancements to prospective, new and existing clients as well as Empower associates, including members of the executive leadership team.
Trish joined Empower in 2020 and has 22 years of cybersecurity experience.
Trish holds a bachelor’s degree from Miami University. She currently maintains the Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK) from the Cloud Security Alliance.
Sean E. Miller National Accounts Director Sean Miller is a National Accounts Director for Empower Retirement. In his role, he helps create and maintain loyalty among top third-party administrators (TPAs) through ongoing business planning activities and works with local teams to grow and develop TPA sales. Sean joined the organization in 1998 and has also worked at MassMutual. Sean holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from the Westfield State College. He currently maintains the FINRA Series 6 securities registration and the Series 63 state securities license and holds FINRA Series 7 credentials. Sean also holds Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) credentials as well as Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) and Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) designations from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA), and he holds producer life, variable annuities and variable life insurance licenses in Connecticut.
Pat Forde is a Regional Sales Director for Empower. In his role, he collaborates with advisors, third-party administrators, registered investment advisers and other distribution sources in eastern Pennsylvania to help them succeed and grow their retirement practices. He also combines his extensive industry knowledge and experience with Empower’s product suite to create compelling solutions that win in the marketplace. Pat joined the organization in 1986 and rejoined in 2006. He has also worked for insurance companies, an institutional money manager and a mutual fund company and is a former principal of a third-party recordkeeper and an investment advisory firm. Pat holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond. He currently maintains the FINRA Series 6 securities registration and the Series 63 state securities license and holds applicable life insurance licenses.
Marc Abruzzese is a Regional Sales Director for Empower. In his role, he is responsible for partnering with advisors, third-party administrators, registered investment advisers and other distribution sources in eastern Pennsylvania to help them succeed and grow their retirement practices. Marc joined the organization in 2005 and has 29 years of experience in the retirement plan services industry. Marc holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Lehigh University. He currently maintains the FINRA Series 6 securities registration and the Series 63 state securities license and holds applicable life insurance licenses.
