About our speaker:

David Thomas is a Senior Director and Executive Consultant at Invesco. In this role, he is responsible for representing the firm's CEO Advisor Institute coaching and consultation platform to advisors across the mid-Atlantic region. Mr. Thomas joined Invesco when the firm combined with OppenheimerFunds in 2019. Prior to his current role, he was a senior advisor consultant at OppenheimerFunds for the Northern Virginia and Richmond area. In that role, he took a consultative approach in an effort to support financial advisors by taking time to understand their businesses and offering a broad range of insights, tools, and resources designed to enhance the success of their practices. Prior to joining OppenheimerFunds in 1994, he worked as a financial advisor at Independent Financial Marketing Group in its bank division. He also held the position of financial advisor at Capital Financial Group and began his career at Mutual of New York. Mr. Thomas has been in the financial service industry since 1989. Mr. Thomas earned a BBA in finance and an MBA from James Madison University. He is a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® (CRPC) and holds the Series 7 and 63 registrations.

John Doyle is a senior retirement strategist at Capital Group. He has 39 years of investment industry experience and has been with Capital Group for 12 years. Prior to joining Capital, John was a senior consultant with The BridgePoint Group, where he developed retirement plan product and service strategies. He also was executive vice president and chief marketing officer for Hartford Investment Management Company. Before that, he worked as head of marketing and product at T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services and as a vice president of marketing at Fidelity Investments. He holds an MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Georgetown University. John is based in Baltimore.
